If you are part of an organisation and would like to arrange an out of hours activity
for your members of staff, then why not hire us for a Salsa course.

Great for team building, it's social, it's exercise, it's fun and at the end of the course you really feel you have achieved something.

Based on a 6 week course and aimed at complete beginners.
Our courses are designed to help you understand the meaning of Salsa and it's origins. We take you through the basic footwork, helping you to master timing,
body isolation, and partnering techniques.

Most important it is very relaxing helping you forget the worries of the day and is aimed as much at having fun as learning the dance of Salsa.
